What is your return policy?
Because each coat is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We will only accept a return or exchange in the case of a defective or damaged item. If you believe your piece is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description so we can assist you promptly. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How do I return my item(s)?
To return an item, please email customer service at mattsarafasales@gmail.com, then place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
How does the refund process work?
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds usually process instantly, but may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.
